Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
You use our bespoke online platform to make your application and upload your portfolio and CV. Once this is complete, our team is notified and your application moves onto the next stage.
- Stage 2
Review
Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule an interview to learn more about your skills and experience.
If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email.

- Stage 3
Interview
If we think that your application is of interest, we'll schedule a 90-minute interview with one of our Directors. We'll be looking to learn more about your experience, and about your ambitions. But we also want to make sure you learn about us and how we work.
The portfolio will be a critical part of the interview, and we'll be interested to hear you speak about the projects you have worked on. Ideally, you will have your student projects and perhaps some work experience to show. We'd also like to see a mix of media, including some hand drawing, and any art or photography work you may have done.
You are welcome to ask any questions, and we'll be transparent and honest.

- Stage 4
Formal Offer
If we think you would fit into our team, we'll make you a formal offer. This will be sent by email. If you accept, we begin the onboarding process which will include taking up references.
- Stage 5
Background Checks
If the formal offer is accepted, then we will make some standard background checks (such as right to work, Visas etc) and take up references where appropriate.
If these are acceptable, then we will organise for a formal contract to be signed, any notice periods and a start date to be confirmed, and conclude the hiring process.
